RIGHT AT HOME CARE understands the unique challenges that are presented by caring for an ailing loved one at home. Our trained caregivers provide in-home services for almost any family in any unique situation. Our home care allows your loved ones to enjoy healthy lives in the comfort of their own home. We tailor our care to each unique situation through a Custom Plan of Care. In very little time, RIGHT AT HOME CARE can assess and understand your loved one’s unique situation and recommend a custom care plan for their particular needs. This quality Plan of Care ensures your loved one gets the care they need as quickly as possible.
The Initial Call and Meeting...
From the moment you first contact RIGHT AT HOME CARE, we begin considering you and your loved one’s specific needs. We begin with a basic needs assessment from first contact. After the assessment we set up an in-home visit with the potential and family. This visit allows us to gather even more information, answer questions, and let you understand how you may benefit from our services.
The Custom Plan of Care...
With RIGHT AT HOME CARE, you will always know what services are being provided to your loved one. After our initial meeting, we develop a custom Plan of Care, this plan is tailored to your loved one’s specific needs. We make detailed recommendations on exactly what kind of services we feel would benefit them. We then arrange a follow up meeting with you to go over the Plan of Care line by line and modify it as you see fit.
Caregiver Matching...
Once you approve the custom Plan of Care, we begin our search for the most appropriate caregiver to implement care. Our system of matching caregivers to clients takes numerous factors into consideration including: services needed, your loved one’s interests, and the personalities of the both your loved one and the caregiver. After putting all of those factors into consideration, we are better able to provide your loved one with the best caregiver possible. If there are ever any concerns about a specific caregiver, we will gladly search for and provide a replacement in a short amount of time.
Quality Assurance of Care...
Our caregivers keep extensive notes about the care they provide to your loved one. These notes are kept at your loved one’s home and are available for you to see at any time. Our billing system also provides a detailed description of services and care received, so you never receive an invoice that doesn’t include a line-item cost of care. Our nurses and office personnel make regular unannounced visits to the homes to ensure caregivers are following the specifics of the Custom Plan of Care and that your loved one is satisfied with the care they are receiving. The office personnel will also call at least once every month to check on your loved one, to ensure they are being properly cared for and their needs are met.
